I like this list. It makes it simple to realize just how lost people can get over meaningless things. #’s 1, 4 and 5 were written for me unfortunately. Boy am I tired.

@ Sara: As have I. And they are all truly effective ways to be insane; I’ve given them all a thorough test drive and they all passed with flying colors. The men in white coats will be delayed, on account of your request. I’ve repeated them too, just to make sure they are very effective.

Uh-oh. I’ve totally done all of these. Please don’t send the men in white coats yet; I promise I’ve learned from each experience. I would amend this to say that *repeating* these behaviors is a great way to be insane.
